Seriously, I watched and listened to your great rendition of "Cry" on Ralph Emory's "Pop Goes The Country" a few minutes ago and had to write you. Hope all is well with you and Glen. Hard to believe, but it was 40 years ago this month that I moved my wife and 2 daughters from Minnesota to a new house in Nashville. God smiled on us, because we moved next door to you and your family. You instantly befriended us and became our new Nashville family. We spent many Sundays and holidays at Onie & Jean's. Since you were like a sister, then naturally they were like our second parents. I couldn't help but become a country music fan as I followed your career, and feel privileged to have been there to document much of it with my camera. We shared many laughs and great experiences as well as tough times. You are the kind of friend that will always have a special place in my heart. I'm glad to see that you are still entertaining, and have set up this excellent blog. It is a terrific way for me to keep up with you.
Hey Darlin' Your web site is awesome! Great job on everything. So proud of you! Love, Glen
I have know Karen since we were kids in school. I believe we went thru junior high and some of high school together. We had lost touch until I found her on Facebook. It has been a pleasure to keep track of her now and she that she turned what she loved to do (sing) into a great future for her. Karen you are in my heart always. Love Susie
